Vice President Sales, Disney Vacation Club Company Disney Vacation Club is the successful vacation-ownership product of The Walt Disney Company. This position is based in Orlando, FL and will report to the President Disney Vacation Club and the Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Travel Operations for Disney Destinations. Responsibility The ideal candidate will join a dynamic growth organization and bring well-developed outstanding executive sales leadership to the position. He/She will develop and implement operational strategic sales plans and initiatives, along with driving business results through multiple sales channels for Disney Vacation Club Resort ownership sales and tour generation at the Walt Disney World® Resort, the Disneyland® Resort, Disney’s Doorway to Dreams-Chicago and soon to be Disney’s Doorway to Dreams – Long Island, as well as from other sources. Required Qualifications: · Undergraduate degree · 10 years of executive level sales experience or equivalent · Proven senior sales leadership responsibility within a high-profile, well respected brand leader · Proven ability to build strategic alliances/relationships · Strong interpersonal and communication skills · Disciplined organizational skills in all aspects of job performance with strong attention to detail · An experienced motivator skilled in broadly influencing internal and external stakeholders and effectively forging partnerships · Demonstrated problem solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset · Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including business travel and working weekends and holidays Desired Qualifications: · MBA · Direct Sales leadership experience · Vacation Ownership experience is a plus · Florida Real Estate License Qualified candidates should send resumes to:
